For this post, I just wanted to include my thoughts and feelings regarding the topic of homelessness. I wanted to include my own experiences and just provide some input.

For this post, I wanted to show our audience that there are resources for homeless people in Boulder. There are different shelters that are willing to help out this population of people but it is up to the homeless to partake in these resources.

I wanted to really emphasize our goal in this post. This is not only are mission statement, but long term goals that our audience could start to participate in.

This site gives us statistics about homeless people in Boulder. It provides our audience with actual facts and not just our own thoughts or feelings behind the subject.

This story gives some entertainment aspect to the group. It shows that everyone thinks about homeless people, not just society in the norm but even celebrities who you think would not care at all, do want to engage in the subject as well.

I thought this site just gave some empathy to the topic. It shows people how many stories are out there and how this topic needs to be addressed.

This picture really just took a toll on me. It is a wow factor and definitely shocks people. I thought this was very striking.

This article was purely informational. It shows how the community is participating and trying to “seek balance” between homeless people in Boulder and the community as a whole.

This story was very interesting to me. The idea that there is a 10 year plan to relieve the plan to end homelessness is crazy. I think that 10 years is way too long and that this issue needs to be stopped now.

This meme was just to provide some humor to the group but also keep the topic going per say. It is a serious subject but when you see memes like this it sheds some light on the situation but also makes you think about it all over again.
I chose these specific posts to put on our page because it provides a variety of different posts for people to read about, visualize pictures, read memes, etc. It provides more information than just using clicktivism to get other thoughts and analysis across. We definitely want people to be engaged but also participate in one simple way. It could be just learning about homeless people and stereotyping them or even saying hi to them as you walk by.
We came up with this emblem because we wanted to show a shocking picture of what the community is like in Boulder and then juxtapose it with how homeless people live in Boulder. We really wanted to shock our audience and just show people how many Boulder homeless people there are and such.
